“Telecommunications Act, 1997(2053)”の13(f)項に基づき、2008年6月1日より、
以下の無線通信機器をネパールに輸出／販売する前に
NTA (Nepal Telecommunications Authority) の型式認可を取得することが
必須になりました。
（1. 消費者用端末）
i. GSM handset
ii. CDMA handset
iii. DECT handset
iv. 3G handset
v. GMPCS handset
（2. 小電力無線機器）
. IEEE802.11x準拠の無線LAN
. Bluetooth
. 無線モデム
